Does Legend event still exist? where you can win crystals every start of a new server.

because i still hear from someone that they won crystals after a week.. even though there is no announcement about it.

can anyone clarify it?

I will inquire the GMs regarding this. I was previously told that as there are no official threads, that it was an inactive event, however players on the new servers informed me otherwise. I'll try to poke around to see if we can clear this up.
