awhile ago it was in 87% ..

its 0% because it doesn't load from cache, especially when you used incognito or gpu-enabled.
I don't think the issue is with your flash, it is more towards connection problem.

Well, can't help you now. It's most probably your related to your internet connection.

My internet connection is good, like i said, it was all of the sudden and i was stucked at the loading screen.

Still, nothing changed! I did all the steps and methods you provided but still i'm stuck at the black screen introduction loading page, it will load to 100% then it will stop loading. I reinstalled my chrome, also i already use mozilla firefox, reinstalled my flash player but nothing changed! It was all of the sudden! I hope i still can find a solution.
