its 0% because it doesn't load from cache, especially when you used incognito or gpu-enabled.
I don't think the issue is with your flash, it is more towards connection problem.

sir what about if im using the two of my accounts at the same time? shall i use them both on incognito? or one on google chrome and other is on incognito.
i usually doing the chrome-firefox method. and now i kinda have lag and stuck loading matters.
