This is the "speculated average". For me 1 character got it with 7 stars, the other with 12. It tends to upgrade when you've lost all hope and are thinking this is a waste of time it will never upgrade ... then BOOM you got it.

Or when you save up about 720 GMUTs and you spam it. Some say that works *(720 is 20 shots mind you, and so far, i've done about 13 on one char and only have 4.2*s, so the stars , like the mod says, don't truly affect it. It's more of a way to keep track of how far you've gone, and a way to complain if you ever hit 99 of them.)

Just was lucky on GBS, got it faster than GT... I wish the luck had been on Kilin instead...
