PK mode lost items.

i want to know when i have a RED NAME due to PK'ing, is it possible to loose equipped items? also is it possible to loose bound items??

No. You can't lose those items.

only unbound items if you don't want your good item to get losed then i suggest not to pk others if you do not want to lose your good unbound items

Or you hide after you PK in other instances like L5 or L3

If you die with a PK lvl, your durability of equips will lower and also you may drop any unbound items.
