I believe he thinks this because said person in screenshot is without a doubt a bot that needs to be banned. They have received equipment that should be impossible to get, and got Superior 5 and DK without any chat announcments. Please ban this account soon >.<Comment

true, there were no system announcements indicating that this player, had acquired any of these items, but somehow managed to get superior V and DK.Comment
