Help Please :(

Okay so I got transported to Central Starglade by the maps I got from killing monsters.
What do I do when I'm there. The only NPC that is there is the teleporter.

Within Central Starglade, a Treasure Chest will spawn at the following coordinates, X: 63 Y: 112. Players may then open this chest once to receive prizes. Only 50 different players may collect prizes per chest. Chests will be reset every six hours. But beware; a number of surprises are in store for those who dare come near the chest!

You need to walk down toward the lower part of the screen. If the chest is there, it will be within the red box in the picture below:

What is it mean by reset? It's gone? or Another chest with different surprises?

I forgot the thread wasn't changed to match the reset time ingame.

The chest disappears once 50 people click on it and collect the prizes. Every 4 hours (starting at 00:00, around the clock) the chest resets so that 50 people can once again collect the prizes.

I'm having trouble getting into the game I got this popup saying Login failed: Failed to connect to server. Can someone explain this..... please
