I have the wings required For the I'm No Bird Title but it seems to me like the achievement is incomplete and I don't have title bonus I have no idea why..Thanks

Unequip them, then Refresh, Then Equip them. I had this issue with something as well, and that worked for me.
If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?
