its a quest for somewhere between ice palace and molten highlands area, but ya, after that quest to locate a spirit or something it really has no other use, spent hours upon hours trying to find other random places it could be used, save yourself some trouble an do what memory says lol. if no quests ask for it there is no harm, if you can't complete a quest because your missing it you should be able to get it back by abandoning and reaccepting the questComment
