It's all random. I killed over 100 mobs b4 i got my 1st one. Hope you have better luck. -

celestial palace level 3 focus killing palace pixies. or sacrificial plaza, or sierra island for good hunting spots. find any place with a lot of mobs in a small place that you can kill decently fast &you should see more of them drop. farmed 10 treasure scraps in about a half hour in celestial palace &i'm lvl 78 fighting lv 40ish mobs.Comment
