Can anyone help me, i have a character on S51 if i delete it do i still have to pay the VIP membership on that character?

If you want your VIP gone (if it's recurring) file a ticket and they'll remove it from the recurring.
If you already paid for it and it's only one month and you delete your character, you will still have paid but will not receive the benefit since your character has been deleted.
