Heroic Wings and PEts

can someone tell me if i'm higher level i still can drop heroic wings on nightmare/hard dungeons or it just like purified crystal? they will stop to drop after you past the lvl form that dungeon?
And about the pets, can someone give me the skills that those 3 pets can learn:

Little dino, baby tortle and baby titan.

Another thing, i can farm about 1,5P for day, to buy wings etc, and someone in game have offer me 2 pets of 300 C that i can choose, and 1 vault and 1 pet expander, for 170 wings and 40 ethereal wings ( that I have win for free from a even that a guy did on my server), do you guys think its worth to make this deal? (HW is 1,7 g here)

Items like HW and MUTs continue to drop in spite of what level you are. Purified Crystals will cease dropping once you've surpassed 10 levels of the boss, excluding Exelorn Hollows.
