Is there a way a small or new guild can get guild dtones without having to compete with the big guilds? How about quests for the small guys to get stronger?

Earlier on the year there was a event which gave a Quest Reward as Guild Stones.
Perhaps wait and see if they give out similar rewards in the future.Helpful Links
