Can't invite people to party

I'm trying to form a party on [s75] frozen wastelands but it isn't letting me. It comes up with "invalid party name" any idea what's up with that? I need to get into the Revenant's Vault... Please help me

"Invalid Party Name" indicates that you do not have a party made. You must first create a party before attempting to invite others.
