After so much try....I went to Central Starglade....it's a way to beautiful place...but when I opened the chest...I expected rare gifts...but I only got a Soul Shard

You will be teleported there using a "Treasure Map Portal Scroll" you need 10x Treasure Map Scraps in order to synthesize it. When you use the Portal Scroll it has only 20% chance of teleporting you to Central Starglade.
Treasure Map Scraps can be dropped by Level 30+ monsters and they drop pretty frequently.Helpful Links
