Lvl 134 Bizarre Black Flag bug

I am having problems with a quest item. The quest is Dreammaker main quest. It asks me to use the Bizarre Black Flag in silent sands, I try to use it but then it says I can only use that item in central Starglade. I go to Starglade but it tells me it needs to be use in central starglade. Also my friend said I have to see a red arrow. I try abanding the quest and removing the item many times but nothing works. I try using different browsers and still nothing.


I made a ticket #: 178608 but they send me a pack expendable and they closed the ticket
I send a screen shot of the problem so it make it easy on them.....

Your ticket has been forwarded. I have also passed your screenshot along to the debug team to hopefully get it addressed. On that note, not everyone who works on the ticket team avidly plays CS, so there's a good chance the individual handling your ticket misunderstood the context of the issue. You may open the ticket back up with a new post stating that the problem was not due to inventory limitations, but the location requirement of the quest itself. It may be tedious, but things need to explained in detail as the GMs may not be fully updated on CS content (they may be oblivious to the fact that Central Starglade is a closed off event area, for example).

Thank you reverie, I think the problem was with how i send the ticket. I was having a in game issue so i send it there and not on report bug. But honestly I didn't know what category to send it, game issue or a bug. I will ask next time before opening a ticket and thank you for the help hope it gets fix and i can move to the next level. I also didn't know some of the ticket team don't play cs, thanks for the information.

I vaguely remember this, i think u needed to open it in one of the other maps in the 120+ area.......maybe its been a while

I tried to click every area around central of silent sands but it doesn't work ... keeps on asking me that it needs to be used in silent sands. Anyone else got this issue and solved it?

Hi,

Any moderator here could help me on this bug? I have the same issue but clearly R2 support team is not competent enough. For sure, it is not meeting the requirement because there is no way i could go to central Starglade .... I want a resolution on the bug not telling me that is lacking requirement.
