99 Crystal Pack Bug

I just logged after maintenance, bought 5 crystal packs spending 495 crystals and didnt get my Stranger Energy.
Hope u guys can fix this cuz spend 495 crystals and didnt get what i want/need its annoying.
There is a pic aboutthis bug.

Awe, didnt recieved my Strange Energy from the Crystal Pack i opened, what will happen about this?

If we cant get our Strange Energy can you give us at least our 99 crystals back?

true, i boutght crystalpack 99 for the strange energy pack then aweh i just got [nothing] and disapointed i filed ticket too but still no respond :/

I have already asked what can be done for players that opened packs before the emergency maintenance. This thread will be updated should I be informed of anything regarding so.

Players who opened Crystal Packs before the maintenance will need to file a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. Include your character information and a brief description of the pack bug. You should be compensated from there.
