im noticing i got lvl 3 holy favor yet im only getting stats from lvl 2 b/c my mana was 9944 before i got lvl 3 and it didnt go up as well as my "buff" indicator still reads lvl 2

Do make sure you have <400 Holy Favor points (401 and up to be exact), as the stats and buff do not upgrade until you've passed the noted marker. If you do have over 400 points and have already tried relogging with no results, post a screenshot with your Holy Favor interface open as well as your cursor hovering over your Divine buff so we can take a look at it.
