Iob timer and packs missing

Well I was in iob fighting others like any other day but then the timer buff that shows when packs are almost ready diseappeared and i didnt receive
any more packs ._. so i hope you guys can fix it cause i only got 2 packs and its a wide server problem cause other players had the same problem :/
