When lvl 100 was released, there was a redemption boss that dropped some nice items. Heroic Wings, Muts, equips...aaaaaand Dragon Seal.
So that item exists in your database R2. Please remove vasheer's quake and replace it with dragon seal. If i remember correctly, dragon seal worked against zabugas lava.
