Frost Glitch?

Could possibly not be a glitch, but when frost activated in Seng it killed my own crystal. Red > Killed red crystal while killing blue. Is this normal?

This is normal. You will want to turn off Frost when participating in Sengolia as it does not inflict damage to other players in any case.

your team crystal is still consider as a mob and frost does not look at zone or teams it will attack anything that is consider as a mob
