Chinese-named bugged Monster

This is all I could get. My information on the beast:

1) It spawns everytime the Pumpkin does.
2) Spawns in a area no one can go to (Only found 1 so far, might check again)
3) I saw it in L4, chances are it's on every L.
4) Looks like Chest Guardian, or Arbagrton from the Wedding.
