Ladder Bug

i clicked and tried to enter ladder, i got the protection buff of ladder but i remained outside of ladder.. help fix bug please.

This is most likely a result of lag rather than an actual bug. In your screenshot, your toon is invisible, as it would be if you were inside the actual floor, so somewhere between clicking to enter and getting stuck visually, a lag glitch occurred. In the future, try hiding other characters and effects before/while attempting Ladder. You can also resort to using wired connection instead of wifi to strengthen your connection.
