what happen with my HF..can you tell me how to fix it.?

Rev there is something wrong with the holy favor several of us tried to upgrade and no points added. We logged back off and back on and still no points but we lost our material because holy favor took it. ;( Can someone look into this please and thank you!

well you actually get all the points
use x5=no points
use another x5=get 10points

i tried 15 essence (5 each) back to back did not get the points
pls do check on this

Was the issue with the Holy points resolved?

Tried it again had to relogg and got the points but now we have to relogg after every time we upgrade the HF

I will do a little testing to see if I encounter the same issue.

After a few tests, it does appear that this is nothing more than a display glitch, much like the Sperion. I only encountered the issue once out of 5 separate tries, and it was resolved with a quick refresh. I'll forward this along to the team just incase they have a solution to this.
