Guild Skill - incorrect cost

Enhanced Defense level 4 did not charge the correct amount of guild contribution points.
I was only charged 5 points for level 4 (good for me) but it is still a bug.

Screenshot shows purchase of Enhanced Defense Level 3 for 53 guild contribution and then Enhanced Defense Level 4 for only 5 guild contribution points.
