I bought 2 Pet EXP Pearls from Ladder lvl 50 and never got them I have never used them or any http://prntscr.com/65yr3q

Have you checked your Temp Storage to see if they are there instead?

You might want to check your other pages too- if you had pet pearls on a later page, then never moved them and forgot they were there the new ones will have stacked onto the old ones. I know I've forgotten I have things in later pages of my pack before.
