i tested it fire lord and demon king to test attack speed. it obvious didn't make any faster. So i am saying speedy skill is bug but it does reduce attack.

You can barely notice it. If I'm correct, 200 ATTK SPD = 0.2 sec. You have 160 Attack Speed on your pet, so you can't really tell the difference.Give a man a match, and he'll be warm for a minute. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life. -Unknown Genius
