anyone else finish a room and teleport like 3 feet away in the same room and still consumes a fate pass? don't know if its a bug or if its just part of CoF its happened to other people on my server (79) Shimmering Glades aswell.

It's not a bug. Any room is possible to pick from when using a pass; including the same room. So it's best to go back to fate hall if it's a good room. Definitely do so for chamber 9. If you get chamber 9 while in chamber 9, your buff doesn't get reset.
