Receiving item at start quest

Im a lvl 37 knight and i started the quest: Testing the Potion (Main)
I was supposed to get an item called Mixed Potion at the start of said quest, yet I did not receive anything.
I now can't progress in the main quests at all.



it fixed itself when i abandoned and reobtained the quest, so further review wont be necesarry.
I appreciate the help you have given me thought.

If your Inventory was full at the time of accepting the quest, it may have been bumped to your Temp Storage. Otherwise, do post a screenshot of your quest as well as your Inventory for further review.
