Priest HP bug?

[XXXXXXX Detail on how the bug occurs removed]I thought it was fixed, but it was harder to kill some priests for some reason and so I tried it out once and it does still work. I was just wondering if this was bug that R2 didn't fix yet or if it's supposed to be like this for priests, thanks.
