Wheel of Destiny quest bug

For those of you who want to rebirth do not accept the wheel of destiny quest for you can not abandon it and u have to be a hard casher to kill the mobs inside the destiny town. my friend file a ticket and they will not abandon it for you so if you wish to rebirth do not accept it
