I cant Gift SE to my Friend

I have enough Crystals to gift my friend Strange energy but its not happening can i know why ??

nope , i have been trying to send it from Fate Shop , Hot tab page no.7 , And i have one more problem ihad 300 Xtals now i have only 190 for no reason can i know why ???

I have tested gifting Strange Energy from the Hot tab and did not encounter any issues. You will need to file a ticket for further investigation. You can also ask the team if they can check your crystal usage to see if the missing crystals was due to an earlier attempt to gift and/or buy an item(s).

You can, however there is a crystal-usage cap for characters under level 35. Upon maxing the quota, no more purchases can be made in any shape or form until leveling up.
