Vidalian Legends

So I noticed I am able to do Vidalian Legends without a hitch as long as I am winning, but immediately once I lose and I go for either a rematch or to fight someone else it will not let me battle them at all. In order for me to continue battling after I lose, I would have to refresh my page. I have to keep on doing that for as many times as I lose if I want to continue battling. Why does this keep on happening not just to me either i have seen other people needing to refresh after they lose also

Reverie do i have to file a ticket for this or is this something that you can look into because it keeps happening

Because S94 has been experiencing so many isolated issues, filing a ticket would be the better option.

Ok so that is probably the reason for that so then I will just file a ticket about it right now

Rev that issue is happening in our server too ie if u lose a match in VL or get stuck inside you have to refresh in order to further challenge the VL

if you are refering to S94 that is the server we are talking about here if not the file I ticket that is what I did as reverie has instructed to be the best course of action.

I sadly cant do that
i already have a ticket that is pending a reply from several weeks!

It is probably because of the huge lump sum of tickets they are receiving from most of the players from S94 for the server being down, if you want I am pretty sure you can file your ticket and then let one of the mods know and maybe they can move it up in the line for you.
