    After the maintenance, I lost my auguric frag X when equipping a dragonstaff+7. Now i have three dragonstaffs+7 and no frag. I have the screenshot of the multiple dragonstaffs and the server time when it happened, but I'm unable to upload them. if needed i can send it by email. Please help

    You will need to file a ticket for assistance with this issue: http://www.r2games.com/support/. Be sure to include your IGN along with the server marker and all applicable screenshots will need to be uploaded into the ticket.

        Have already sent in a ticket. But screenshots cant be uploaded cause it exceeds the max size for file uploads. Havent had any reply from r2 either.

          Crop your images down to just what you need and save them as jpgs. Sometimes just saving them as jpgs is sufficient to reduce the file size. You can also upload them to an image hosting website, such as photobucket or tinypic.com, and provide the links in your ticket.

                Sent in a new ticket with the links. Is it possible to have my frag restored? They can check my toon's logs to confirm if necessary. I just want the frag back.

                  Can items be restored? Sure, but it really depends on the circumstances surrounding the loss.

                    But it isnt even my fault. Its the game glitching. Its a different story if i sold or refined it. Can't expect players to not switch their weapons right?

                        Yes, I would love to do that. If only they would reply to my ticket. Its been 3 days now. Pretty sure the weekend is over too. I've sent in two tickets already, the second ticket with the screenshot links.
