IOB packs stopped

The IOB packs stopped after 4 packs (about 12:30 server time).
The IOB timer countdown buff disappeared off the screen also.

The packs stopped after getting 1 green pack.
We increased the award levels from green to purple, just to see if it made a difference.

Both zone A (my zone) and B both say the packs stopped at 12:30.

I took a screenshot, and filed a ticket with it.
So, hopefully this gets taken care of soon.

Sometimes it's a freak occurrence that resolves itself the following day. If it repeats, take new screenshots of the timer's disappearance and post them here along with the server that is experiencing this issue.
