Mount Upgrade Glitch

i tried to upgrade my Kilin to Taotie and this happened to me.
I lost all my gmuts
can anyone help?

You can put one in the stable. Did you spam click for mount or anything?

lol, i mean its a glitch.. i just wanted one Taotie and suddenly its lag and took all my gmuts -_-

You can try filing a ticket, but I'm not too sure what can come of it as the backend cannot track how many GMUTs you have used.

since he mentioned he got lag, the possibility is that the system accepted the clicks and continued to transform and consumed the greater muts even if the first already succeeded.

the backend can track how many greater muts were used. you only need to provide the time frame of the event.
