Seems like the locations for the the lvl 101+ redemptions are at the same places the lvl 81+ redemptions are supposed to be at. Really? go to necropolis to get the book only to have to go to Floran everglades to kill the boss? Usually boss is around the area you get the book.... As I said, possible bug

We've noticed this and looked into it. However, this is not a bug, it's just how the Redemption quests run for levels 100+. Thanks for reporting!
