  • Help Please !!

    I Returned to the game after 5 months of studies anyway now my Frageon weapon and Attack Sperion is lost I sent a ticket from 5 days and didn't get replay up till now , don't have ticket number
    , I Private messaged a lot of mods but no replays please help account name : (S44)NesoNafei Ticket : I lost my Frageon weapon

      can you check your private message want to ask few things

      I lost my Frageon Weapon and Attack Sperion , I sent ticket from like 10 days and no replay yet ! , the ticket will be automatic closed by the system , I sent to an mod but he don't answer , Please Help

      So It will be closed today or tomorrow .. Please do anything ..

      Well noticed something else , I amn't losing Frageron Soul Essence losing 1 each upgrade

      While upgrading my Shifter Frag weapon it gost me plenty of Fs , First it costed me 3 while it require only 1 I though I just messed things up but then I watched carefully , it costed 5 at next upgrade while it also require 1 then it costed 7 while also it require one ! , Please Help I lost 13 Fs !!

          Help Please !!

          I lost my frag and sperion and sent ticket already from nearly a month and talked to mods they answered but since 5 days they aren't answering and I sent to 5 different mods/crms and none of them answered I been a month without frag and without sperion please answer on Private message or Just do anything!

            You're communicating with multiple mods from multiple accounts, while creating multiple threads. Stick to one, and you'll notice you are getting responded to.

              You are mergeing different tickets with each other .. you just mess everything up The first one and third one is the same but the second is different bug ! , I am talking to one mod but he didn't answer so I talked to other one ..

                Shifter Frag upgrade costs are the original costs for upgrading frags. It's been posted already. You would want to wait until someone confirms it's back to the same prices as everything else before continuing to upgrade it.

                We are all forwarding your ticket. It's waiting on support to actually send your items to you. You can simply drop a note in this thread that tells us you are still waiting, which you can and should do every 24 hours until you've received your items.

                    Support is under the impression you have received your items, since your ticket is no longer open. Please send in a new ticket if you are still waiting for your items.

                        As long as that's the character you used when submitting your ticket, then that's the character you'll receive your items on. Yes, you do need to wait, but I will forward your info when everyone is in the office.
