+15 Glow still a bit bugged

So atleast for Slayer's Staff the +15 glow is still a bit bugged. It shows the glow normally except when you run down it won't have the glow as you can see here.

And nope it's not showing the glow just when you view someone, but also when you run down with +15 wep on

Edit: On a male Priest the glow shows normally when you run down as well..

Yeps probably it's only the Staffs which are bugged in that way.
