i already filed a ticket about this almost 9 hrs ago but still no reply 
i had this bug two days ago. i was forming a ladder party (a permanent one with my friends) that usually goes to level 39, a while ago after killing gotor. i checked my ladder run (1/1) which means i still have the run. while attempting to enter the Crystal Ladder, i got a prompt message telling my that i have finished my ladder run and my ladder run went (0/1). i had this bug for the 2nd day a while ago b4 reset. I lost the exp and 6 soul shards which would really help me.
I filed a ticket about this but no GM went to reply on my ticket. AT LEAST REPLY ON THIS ONE
