No VIP No Purchase

Hey, I purchased VIP 2 days ago... still won't activate in game. Yes, I've tried a different browser and deleted cookies...
Also, when I try to by crystals, I get error 3032.

I have contacted live chat and submitted tickets... live chat tells me to contact game mods.
