Auto target is not working

Ever since I've switched to my new laptop, about two weeks ago, the key for auto target [`] has not been working.
At first I thought it was something with my computer. My boyfriend then bought me a USB keyboard to hook onto the laptop, which he gave me about 5 minutes ago, and auto target is still not working.
This is pissing me off to no extreme. I am extremely reliant on auto target for PVP, for killing mobs and all that other ****. Basically it's just very useful for me. Not having it is only adding to how ****** off this game makes me. Even this new laptop, which is a ton better than the old computer I had ages ago, tons more ram and C drive space, is freezing up seriously bad with one tab open. It's funny that with all the other games I play, this is the one that kills my computer most.

That aside. If anyone has any advice on how I could get auto target back, please let me know. A guild member suggested uninstalling and reinstalling flash - as you might tell, that hasn't worked.

Now I'm gonna send this in a ticket because I have this inkling feeling R2 don't even check these boards.

It doesn't work for me either, Windows 7 and keyboard is set to 'United States (international)'

there should be an option that could allow you to set the key for auto targeting so you can choose the key you want.

I agree with the above poster - this seriously sucks. -.- I have to stand still in seng because I have no bleeding targets. It's so incredibly boring to sit behind a tree and watch everyone else have fun killing one another.
And no, it's not apple. It's some German make called Medion.
I am also using Windows 7 speeds, my keyboard is set to United States English also. My boyfriend suggested reinstalling Windows on the laptop and changing the keyboard language to UK English, but that's a major pain in the butt that I don't want to make him go through. I don't know how much easier it would be for the site to configure key choices though. But it certainly would be more convenient.

2. Since Crystal Saga is browser based game, other web pages may affect the bandwidth of the game. We advise you to delete your browser's cookies, cache, temporary files and to restart your browser. Contact you internet service provider and check your internet speed and stability as other players who has experienced the same issue has resolved it via their own ISP's. Close all unnecessary files or browsers that may affect the bandwidth since this affects the game to not load properly. Once doing this, please log-in and try again. Also, try loading the game in another browser."

It focused more on me complaining about the lag, which is pretty unsensual considering there hasn't been any maint this week, so the site is bound to have lag. I guess I should save the lag complaint for a week where there's been maint.
