Island of Blessings Packs

Hi, on crystal saga 1 there's been a lot of issues with the island of blessing event. You enter, and after one or two packs your buff that gives you the packs disappears. They had fixed it once, but now it seems to be broken again. Can someone please fix this issue, no sense in having an event if it doesn't work properly.
