Insane Stat Nerf or something broke

Everyone has been majorly nerfed, From what i can tell they tried to nerf HF but something else has happened and its like Soul has been deactivated too, Also a talent that gives me 15% incoming magic reduct is not showing on my toon. Whats the go R2. no info about any nerfs that i can see.
Soul, HF, Passive Talents, EXP gains. All Nerfed/Deactivated. Who knows what else, the games is nearly unplayable.

Oh and it looks like exp too, lv83 grinding lv81 mobs with 2x and VIP im getting 421 exp per kill. thats not right lmao

If you're still around leveling like that, mind getting a picture of what you get with 2x exp card and what you get without? (maybe zodiac as well if you got exp buff)
If it's the same, which it most likely will, it'll support our defense even more.
I think more pictures will help out our situation.

yea seems tenets gives what they suppose to give... been upping em... and stats went higher.... dunno what they messed up tho... but lost tons of stats

If any posts were deleted, I apologize, it was not intentional. I merged all of the threads together, as everyone was creating a new thread in every section for this issue, and it made a little bit of a mess, see post #4 above for example.

Completely understandable. It helps the reporting process when all information is contained in as few threads as possible. I missed that there was a screenshot in one of the threads that was merged, which the forum sometimes doesn't handle well.

While we wait for R2, if you guys are noticing specific systems not adding up right (we already know Soul is not, as evidenced by luck, dmg reduction, and crit values) or buffs not working (priest buffs are currently not working, vip exp is not working), it may be helpful to list out specifics so we have a comprehensive list of things.

From what i have found out:
No buff/passive, except frost, seems to work (could be others did not test them all) and i mean all like beast soul skills, heraldry skills, wings buff, goddess bless, priest buffs etc
Patrons does not work
Guild skills do not work
Soul does not work
Holy Favor does not work

There are some systems that still work, such as tenets, diviner, imbue and could be others, it is just too hard to tell without adding up all stats given

No screen shots because i am lazy, just tell R2 to check it all themselves and while they are digging in each system they can try to fix all the visual bugs, show/hide problems, and what not while they are at it. That is all part of their job after all.

Title buffs like one sexy beast and ladder master doesn't work either, elixirs, reiki stat increase skills like sky and ocean but the stun and heal skills still work, doom seal skill that increases accuracy sperion skill demonic gift doesn't work either not sure on any of the other sperion skills though, blood blades for priest doesn't work either so basically it seems to all correlate to some form of % increase whether from system, passive or any type of skill with the exception seeming to be pixie and genie, mounts and enchantments. Just adding on to what is known currently.

So, when this is over ( if it will ever be ) will we be compensated for all the lost dung runs ( 165 +) , corru , void , ladder , relics , etc ..... No obv

we probably ( as i can tell from all the items in CP and the recharge packs ) get a compensation that includes A.M.U.T, Nova Core , A.P.U.C and A.G.U.C which alot of ppl dont get to use

so yeah i knew it was a bad idea to leave quitting ....

Atleast tell us what happened or a rough ETA on when thing will be back to normal, this lack of communication is not on. even just saying still nothing yet is more then letting everyone sit in the dark
