That is not a bug. Rogue's have a skill in which they get purged of all debuffs every 30 seconds(lvl 1) to 18 seconds (lvl 5) its called slayers toughness. very handy early to mid game complete **** lategame.also u have the Soul (Purple) Forgiveness which gives u a 20% chance to be purged of all debuffs
