Hello I have recently tried to purchase the large crystal packs. I had same Issue on a previous account I had to get GM Mod to check to see if my purchaser is bugged on my account can this be looked into ASAP as the new server has started and I can not get what I need

Using forums won't speed up the process at all. It's mostly mods looking, and when GMs come by it's either to tell you to file a ticket or to answer a really big concern (that a mod probably forwarded the thread of).

Forums is just for the community to be a smartass and tell you to stick to the ticket if you want the issue resolved.

Unfortunately, a different department has access to and handles transactions... so a ticket is your best bet in getting them to deal with these kinds of issues.
