why this bug still not fixed? and u guys make ladder quest but only few ppl know this bug..
This sperion effect hv no cooldown so u get 40% dmg red almost everytime u got hit..

Actually, it might be because the cooldown is independent with each mob
I haven't tested this personally but my friend did and stated that

I haven't noticed any bugs with this affect. It works fine for me.

ive heard of this one havung a knock back effect every now and again but havent heard of no cool down ._.
