If you have anyone targeted while casting it, they receive the buff, not you. Also, if you move while casting it, the charm is still used but the casting will be cancelled and you'll have to wait 3 hours to re-use it.There will be no tomorrow should we fail to use the lessons of the past to survive today.

It still works if you have monsters targeted, but you do have to stand still.(S14)Squintina
