NPC windows increased height?

So with the 02-21-13 maintenance I've noticed all NPC windows/dialogue screens are placed higher, asked around, it wasn't just me. Checked out Incognito for Chrome, Firefox and IE for this issue and all have the same height-increase on the dialogue-windows.

I'm actually not complaining about this. I've wasted so many items/skills/self blessing turning in nimbus at guild management office just because the option was over a hot bar icon. About time for this to be done, I say.

I'm hoping it was done on purpose, kind of got sick of accidentally clicking a hotbar icon because it was right where a menu option was.

And back when I used to play on a smaller screen, it was so annoying to be forced to go into fullscreen mode to see the whole menu.

Some dialogs went of the page too, event master for instance, some people couldn't open pet extravaganza on their PC and with the new Gmut trade event it would have probably been inaccessible...

Yeah noticed that too, maybe its for the better. But gonna take a while to adjust.

Figured it out, its cause of EVENT MASTER NPC, its npc box needed to be raised in order to click on perma gmut line, but somehow all NPCs box got moved up too. This kinda doesn't make sense in that they could of added a next page for EVent Master so you wouldn't need to raise the box.

it was done because many people couldnt see the entire list at event master etc and the interface is less than perfect so u can actually click thru it and use skills from ur hot bar, and also the self blessingu may have dragged there. and it pisses ppl off when they have to wait 3 hrs to use a skill because of a ♥♥♥♥ layout.

It makes more sense to add a 2nd page like they done with the gems exchange than raise ALL windows. I gladly see it go back down again and have Event master get a 2nd, if needed third page. It's been a too long of page anyways.
