Problem with my account!

When I try to select my character to buy crystal or vip, message appears saying: "No activated character on this server, please confirm your server!"
This happens on my two accounts, does not appear to select my character, what's happening? Transferred our characters the server K1 Koram Games.
Also appears that my account is bound and I need to log in using my email and not my login, please someone help, this is happening with all the characters that came from K1!!!
